Mr. Nyhan has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the insurance brokerage/consulting, third party administration and alternative risk financing industries. Mr. Nyhan has an extraordinary record of accomplishments in creating, developing and managing health care provider-owned professional liability insurance companies, as well as several successful consulting organizations.

Dr. Billingham speaks nationally on emergency medicine and has lectured in more than 200 CME courses on risk management, documentation, patient safety, information technology, coding and billing, and malpractice prevention. Dr. Billingham sits on the physician advisory boards of the Emergency Department Practice Management Association and several other EDIS and EMR companies. He has practiced emergency medicine since 1989.
